	Registration of a Place of Business in England or Wales. Coddan will examine your application and supporting documents to make sure that they comply with UK law before completing and submitting the relevant forms. The government and notary fees for place of business registration are included in the price of this package. Once all of the forms are submitted, the registration of your UK place of business will take 3 to 4 weeks. Upon registration of your UK place of business, we will send you a laminated copy of the Certificate of Registration via Royal Mail. Within one month of establishing a place of business company in Great Britain you must deliver to the Registrar of Companies a certified copy of the company's constitutional documents (Charter, statute, operating agreement, etc).	£250.00
