	Registration of a Branch of an Oversea Company in England or Wales. Coddan will examine your application and supporting documents to make sure that they comply with UK law before completing and submitting the relevant forms. The government fees for branch registration are included in the price of this package. Once all of the forms are submitted, the registration of your UK branch will take 3 to 4 weeks. Upon registration of your UK branch, we will send you a laminated copy of the Certificate of Registration via Royal Mail. Within one month of establishing a branch of an oversea company in Great Britain you must deliver to the Registrar of Companies a certified copy of the company's constitutional documents (Charter, statute, operating agreement, etc).	£150.00
